Sales Agent

Prepares a B2B cold-outreach campaign. Give it your company, what you offer, the job titles to reach and a location. It finds matching decision makers through LinkedIn and Apollo, keeps only people whose work email Apollo has verified, and writes one outreach email template in English or Arabic that states only what your offer says.

Inputs: company_name, offer, target_role, keywords, location, email_language (en or ar), max_leads, booking_link, ideal_customer, requested_by.
Returns: leads (name, title, organization, work email, LinkedIn URL) and the email (subject, preheader, greeting, intro, highlights, closing, call to action) with {{first_name}} style placeholders.
Up to 5 leads per campaign and 20 campaigns per day across all users. A campaign takes about 10 to 90 seconds.
Never returns personal email addresses or phone numbers.

Claude	In settings, add a custom connector with the server URL. Leave the OAuth fields empty.

Limits and data

Requests are rate limited per IP address. Too many requests get HTTP 429.
Sales Agent: each campaign records the day, company, job titles, location, size and the requesting app, to enforce the daily limit.
Property Listings: viewing requests store the contact details the person agreed to share, so JIR Ventures can reply.
JIR Knowledge stores nothing from readers.
Leads from the Sales Agent are business contacts. Contact people only where you have a lawful basis, and honour every opt-out.
